Plot - It is 1987 when Jack greets his girlfriend Kate Reynolds at the New York airport: the man has to fly to London to carry out an important one-year internship. The girl is worried that all that time apart could have negative repercussions on their relationship, but Jack reassures her that he loves her deeply and that nothing will change her feelings for her.
Thirteen years later, Jack is a bachelor, one of the richest executives on Wall Street, leads a hectic and worldly lifestyle, dresses in the best clothes and drives a Ferrari. After organizing a meeting for an important financial deal for the next day, just on Christmas day - much to the chagrin of his colleagues - Jack accidentally meets Cash, a man who was about to rob a shop.
After exchanging a few words with the bizarre criminal, Jack returns to his luxurious apartment and falls asleep.
