A stripped down version of the ending of Thelma and Louise. The ending is 10% more poetic and the music makes them seem like bad-asses.
The movie: Thelma and Louise [1991]. It's not Ridley Scott's best, though it does have some nice moments. If you haven't seen it I think it'll make a fabulous cold view. This edit spoils the ending, but the journey has its merits.
The music: Pedal To The Metal - by Lazerhawk. One of my favorite basement producers from Rosso Corsa Records. I'm amazed he's not more well-known as he's one of my favorite 80's synth tribute acts. Visitors is a brilliant album incidentally.
